Notable Stuff:

  • Could the woman on the cover have bigger bazongas? Seriously, it looks like she's about to tear through that suit even with the reinforced seams across her chest. Whatever planet she's on, I hope they invent breast reduction surgery soon or she's going to have a rough go of it as she gets older...
  • The reference to Psalm 9:1-2 appears on the masthead.
  • Stop the freaking presses! Jon Freeman actually relates something positive in his column this issue. DOS be praised!
  • There are a lot of regular departments went MIA in this issue.
  • Could we get a proofreader to "Taking A Peek" this issue, please? Typos, grammar errors, lack of system info, and missing words abound.
  • Actually, this whole issue is rife with grammar and style errors, even the table of contents ('Beserk' instead of 'Berserk'? Really, CGW?). No more Romulan Ale for the editorial staff right before deadline!
  • Beautiful full colour, two-page spread SunDog ad on pages 24-25.
  • SSI mailed a certificate of achievement to anybody who survived 50 Mission Crush and achieved the rank of Brigadier-General. We'd love to see one scanned and archived here at Retromags.
