   I thought I'd already uploaded this, but nope, forgot.  This is an older "kitsunebi edition" (a fancy way of saying "a scan I did of a mag that already had a scan by someone else available here") and my editing techniques since then have changed a bit, so looking back on my older edits always makes me think about how I would do it differently now.  Nevertheless, these are the main perks you're getting with my scan vs. the other one available here:
   Higher resolution (this is 3200px high, the older one is 2200) This scan was from a mag properly debound with a heat gun, meaning the entire page was scanned, as opposed to the other scan which was debound by slicing away a portion of every page along the gutter side.  Although it's true that every page of the other scan is affected by this destructive debinding technique, it's usually only noticeable on pages that have images joined across facing pages.  This particular mag doesn't have a lot of two-page joins, but even some single page ads were negatively impacted by the other mag's cropped debinding, cutting off some of the text, so I'll give a few comparison pics below. page 125-127 (all editorial content) are included in this scan.  The other scan has some random advertisements in place of those pages.  It seems that the other scan was a printing produced by Toys-R-Us, as page 115 of the other scan is a TRU ad as opposed to mine which is an in-house ad for Game Player's.  This is something I also noticed on the previous issue of this mag, in which the version I scanned had a TRU ad while the other did not.  In this case, however the difference is not just the alternate ad - it appears that the other download available here (the TRU version) replaced 3 pages of editorial content (articles) with ads.  So this one is definitely the superior, more complete printing.
