I actually was a subscriber and I never got this issue in the mail. I still remember it 25 years later cause I was so pissed. I wonder if it had a low print run or problems?

A magazine with great nes hits: Megaman, G.I. Joe e the amazing TMNT 2 the arcade game. For titles like TMNT 2 we need to respect the old fun machine Nintendo Entertainment System. Thank you Sean697.

I remember getting a copy of this issue just before the family went on vacation and I read that thing over and over during vacation!
