Q64?

I was reading issue 43 of PSExtreme magazine and noticed in the letters column that the same guys also had a Nintendo-only magazine named Q64. Was this a thing? Any idea where to find it?

It was.  I remember seeing it in stores but never picked it up because of the high price.

Could you tell me what the spines say on these issues?  I'm working on figuring out this run and it is pretty whacko.  Here's what I have so far...
