Does retromags accept low-quality scans from external websites

I found a partial backup of Nintendo Power scans from freegamemanuals.com (which has been down for a while) on my hard drive. Does retromags accept that sort of thing? Obviously it isn't optimal, but maybe you might think it is better than nothing.

I agree that a low quality scan is better than nothing and encourage anyone in possession of such scans that can't be found elsewhere to take a moment of their time and upload them to archive.org. But no, we can't accept scans from external websites here (I really wish someone would make that clear in our FAQ...)
