Fun fact: in Japan, everyone will tell you that Spring starts February 2 (Sestubun) despite the fact that February is by far the coldest month of the year in Japan.  So by that reckoning, when a February issue (most likely published in January) is released, it IS nearly spring.  And probably snowing.😂
