Problem downloading files ....... Figured out

On Wednesday November 18 I started to have problems downloading files from Retromags. I use Google Chrome with an extension called Chrono Download Manager. The files would download and then never save. I disabled Chrono and used Chrome directly, it said files are insecure and then when I selected "keep" it would then download successfully. I tried Avast secure browser and had no problems. Today I found the following article about Chrome blocking insecure downloads.     https://www.slashgear.com/google-chrome-will-start-blocking-insecure-downloads-from-secure-pages-06609014/          Hope this might be helpful to others and Phillyman.

I am having a similar issue with Chrome. Rather than not save the file, I get a pop-up stating that it is insecure (sometimes more than once) and asking if I want to keep the file. I respond affirmatively, and things proceed as normal.

I have not tried Firefox or Edge, so I do not know if the problem persists across platforms.
