How many complete TV series do you own on DVD?

  1. 1. How many complete TV series do you own on DVD? This should not count shows that are still running or shows that have not had all of their episodes released on DVD yet. Also, please only count DVDs that you legitimately own: no copies (no DVD-Rs or XviD/DivX).

Just curious about other people's collections. I am a major collector of DVDs myself. Here are the complete TV series that my wife and I own:

The X Files

Star Trek: The Next Generation

Star Trek: Voyager

Monty Python's Flying Circus

The Office (UK)

Dark Angel

Freaks and Geeks

Buffy: The Vampire Slayer

Planet of the Apes (Live action TV series)

Return to the Planet of the Apes (Animated TV series)

Futurama

Home Movies

Invader Zim

The Critic

Undergrads

Mission Hill

The Brak Show

Cowboy Bebop

Several of those were short lived series (1-2 seasons).

I also own many seasons of shows that are still running or have not yet been completely released on DVD. Here are some highlights:

Seinfeld: Seasons 1-6

Married with Children: Seasons 1-5

ALF: Seasons 1-3

The Cosby Show: Seasons 1-2

Lost: Seasons 1-2

Newsradio: Seasons 1-4

King of the Hill: Seasons 1-6

Family Guy: Volumes 1-3

American Dad: Volume 1

The Simpsons: Seasons 1-8

Animaniacs: Volume 1

Pinky and the Brain: Volume 1

Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Volumes 1-3

Sealab 2021: Seasons 1-2

Harvey Birdman: Volume 1

The Venture Bros.: Season 1

Star Trek: The Original Series: Season 1

That 70s Show: Seasons 1-3

The Muppet Show: Season 1

and of course...

The Super Mario Bros. Super Show: Volume 1

There are several I won't bother to mention and a lot that I just have copies of (DVD-R or XviD) too.

I'm still a poor college student, so I don't have much disposable cash to spend on DVDs. On Christmases and birthdays my wife and I get each other a season of one of our favorite shows, so we do have the first two seasons of Futurama and the first season of Numbers and a couple seasons each of Little House on the Prairie and Gilmore Girls.

However, we are fans of the DVD rip. :)
