Wii At Launch Or As Holiday Gift?

Recommended Posts

I've got this urge to pick up the Wii on day1, but I also love the nostalgic feeling I get when I think of any Christmas where I got a video game system (3do, Nomad).

I have yet to decide.

Are you guys going to be getting one at launch or will you be asking for one as a gift?

I'll definitely be in line on launch day. I've been saving up for a while. I also sold my Classic NES GBA on eBay and got $80 in Best Buy gift cards with my credit card reward points. I almost have enough to get the Wii, 3 extra Wii-motes, one extra nunchuck, a classic controller, Zelda, ExciteTruck, Elebits, and a component video cable.
