Now when I release the magazines what should I group in each year??

It was probably too costly to make a monthly magazine, especially since they were sending them out for free for a while to those who registered their systems. Plus I am sure they would have been much skinner if they came out every month. But they could have started the magazine in July/August to make life easier.

Well there were a lot of screwy things that Sega did with Visions. One of the really dumb things was they would not allow the reviewers to tell the truth. They made them actually say nothing but good things about the games. So if they thought the game was crap... too bad they weren't allowed to say so. Sega ran the show and if you didn't like that you don't work on Visions. It was kinda nice when the Gamepro publisher took over but that too did not last long.
