New Modification (minimum Characters For Topics/replies)

Some people still cannot construct proper sentences for the 5 post requirement. Rather then punish everyone with increasing it to 10 or 15 posts.....I have now instituted a 35 character requirement for members while they are still part of the "Newbie" group. Once you have made your 5 posts (with 35 characters) the limit will be removed from you automatically.

Well that seems like a good idea to me. I just read a post that was 3 letters long and made absolutely no sense at all. Personally I think the post count should go up but hey that's just me.
