Gizmondo is dead and not coming back?

Gizmodo have quashed rumors that Gizmondo is making a comeback with an open source platform. The story was apparently created by a site that lacks credibility. Also Gizmondolive.com was registered anonymously, while Gizmondo.com however is still parked. They also say that the use of a flash template to create the site shows that it is the work of pranksters.
