E-Day 4,864 Posted July 16, 2008 Does anyone here with a subscription to Nintendo Power have trouble logging into their account? I bought a sub in May from Best Deal Magazines, but when I try to log in to change my address from the US to Canada ( so I can get the cheap rates available only in the US), it can never find my account. I also bought a sub to Maximum PC at the same time (same publisher), and was able to log in and change my address. I can't even contact Nintendo Power">NP Customer Service because their contact page is broken. :(
yoshi 0 Posted August 7, 2008 So how much was this cheap Nintendo Power">NP subscription? I heard it was only $5 at one point. Does anyone here with a subscription to Nintendo Power have trouble logging into their account? I bought a sub in May from Best Deal Magazines, but when I try to log in to change my address from the US to Canada ( so I can get the cheap rates available only in the US), it can never find my account. I can't even contact NP Customer Service because their contact page is broken. :( Nintendo Power was recently bought out by Future US, so they are publishing the magazines now. My Nintendo Power login still works though at https://my.nintendo.com ... my subscription history was removed though ... I was a member since the very first issue in Canada! E-Day 4,864 Posted August 22, 2008 Well, After 3 months of waiting, I figured Nintendo Power">NP never got my order from Best Deal Magazines, so I bought a subscription through Nintendo Power">NP's site for $27.95. Still a good price considering one issue on the newsstand is $6.99 plus tax. I was able to log in two days later, so I knew they never got my first order. Last week I logged in again for fun, and saw that my subscription now ends in 2010 instead of 2009, so they got my original order and tacked it on even though the mailing address was different. Hooray!
