Final Fantasy IV set for July release in N. America

According to Nintendo Power's May issue, Final Fantasy IV for the DS is scheduled for release in North America in July. The new Nintendo DS edition features 3D characters and new episodes.

Meh. I already own it on the SNES (FF II) and on the PSone. Unless it's been redone with new graphics (3D) and music, I'm passing.

I didn't bother reading the article; too lazy. PSX is blah indeed, but the SNES is classic. Since the game is getting a huge makeover, it will probably go on my "to buy" list

...Well... I've got the Snes version, the psx version and the Gba version...So I'll pass this version...Remakes with 3D graphics change the gameplay a lot -_-...

GBA is the superior version. The translation in the older versions is kinda "bleh"

I skipped on Advance since 4 was never my favorite, but the DS remake looks like it offers a new enough twist (with no glitches!) that I might buy it up.

Hey, and who knows? Maybe they'll do it to FFV too, my favorite in the series!
