Well their are african people in Sweden/Norway/Finland and even in Russia....Can't really say that those are warm countries.

Alaska doesn't have many people to start with. It sucks up there and the goverment gives them money to live there. Where else in the world do you get paid to live somewhere.

Actually a buddy of mine moved to Alaska who just happens to be black. Actually he has since moved to Oregon.

I don't think most people would enjoy moving there unless it was for work or family. I'm sure there are black people in Alaska. American black people come from America not from Africa, that sounds quite racist if you think about it.
