Nintendo Wii Classic Controller Revealed!

Recommended Posts

That is pretty cool but 1) it appears to be wired and 2) it would have been cooler (IMHO) to release special edition wireless controllers that look exactly like the original controllers.

You'd think at the very least that this thing would be all wireless.

I have a NES controller for my computer with a USB cable and I agree that it would be really sick if they had wireless controllers for the system that were replicas for the people who play classic games so often.

Some thoughts ... that I suppose a couple of friends of mine could answer cause they are AT E3 ...

1) Could the wire merely be because it's hooked into the other hand's "nunchuck" add-on?

2) They talked of this being a controller shell ... I'm sure that means other controller shells will be coming out, true?

Yeah, i think that's the place. RetroUSB or something, the guy's got all kinds of controllers. We had a topic about it somewhere else around here I think.

Sure, you can get a PSX to whatever-you-want from Lik-Sang, but this retrozone.com guy's stuff is home built for lots of systems. Really good stuff I've heard, and I've played with one of the NES pads about a year and a half ago, recommended.
