I haven't heard of Corvette Summer (I'll have to check it out) but I like The Big Red One a lot. I thought Mark Hamill was really good in it and of course Lee Marvin too.

It's a real pity that Mark Hamill's movie career didn't take off outside of the Star Wars trilogy. I know he's done a lot of good voice over work and even turned up on an episode of the Simpsons but I think he was capable of much more if he was given the opportunity.

Who know's, maybe Quentin Tarantino will offer him a part in a movie and help to raise his career like he's done with other actor's.

I went in to work today, and somebody sold about half of those films on your list to us. I saw "Canadian Bacon" and was like, 'Wait a minute, who was just talking about this?'

Sam Neil is one of my favorites, he never disappoints. Bob Hoskins has a quality I really like about him, too, great movie star.

Other than those two I agree on John Candy, Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray. Those SCTV guys can't be beat. Speaking of SCTV, there's supposed to be a classics show coming to TV this month(Mar 2010).

Schwartzie is another favorite in action flicks, and of course you can't forget Bruce Lee, Brandon Lee and Jason Scott Lee who always have good performances.
