Whatever happened to CGW museum?

Recommended Posts

Dang, first ZD terminates CGW and then the museum goes offline. I always kept postponing getting the scans, maybe there's an alternative way to get them though?

Thanks but the Wayback Machine only stores HTML, no images or *actual* archives files. Maybe the scans are mirrored somewhere?

I have all 100 of them in PDF format. Quality wasn't high but still pretty readable.

Great, I wonder if it's possible to host them here instead? Granted, creating a hundrend entries is a lot of effort, but there are workarounds to reduce that number (per year, per dozen etc)

We'd have to get permission from CGW Museum first, since they are the ones that scanned them. Though because ZD put the kibosh on them, they might want to stay out of any trouble by saying no. I can always extend a request to them if there is enough interest :)

Creating 100 entries is fine ... I did that sort of number with Analog/ STart etc ...more of an issue is uploading 2.9GB's of files to MU.
