Incidentally, I still have the same PC that I posted here years ago, but I upgraded my monitor to a 24 inch widescreen model recently. It's panoramic goodness.

I plan to buy a new PC late this year when Intel releases their Nehalem processors.

on-board Realtek HD, connected to Aiwa AV-D58 5.1 system via optical. Also have a Sound Blaster Audigy but I only use it for the midi and firewire ports.
