How can I convert PDF ebooks to Epub format?

I have some digital books in pdf format but now I want to read them on my iphone so I have to convert them to epub format, could anyone please tell me how to do that?

I have encountered the same question with you.I want to read pdf files on my phone.And i have to convert them to epub.But my pdf converter can not convert the pdf files to epub.it can only convert the pdf to other

normal image formats.So is it possbilbe to read the pdf files by create a pdf viewer on my phone?

all i can say is that using a pdf document converter to convert pdf to epub and other useful image and document format. such as Adobe pdf
