ubersauce 0 Posted June 23, 2012 The only real video game book I have is Video Games: The Ultimate Guide (2001-2002), which is more or less a compilation of reviews and brief tid-bits about various games from PlayStation, PC, Nintendo 64, Game Boy Color, Dreamcast, and the very early PlayStation 2 era. It's tricky to find it on Google due to the rather generic name, but I like it. I also have some basic game design and programming books around here somewhere. I'd love to have Arcade Mania! and The Ultimate History of Video Games.
Schloss Ritter 6 Posted June 24, 2012 Hm, I swear I created a topic for these already somewhere... or maybe that's another forum I'm thinking of, heh.
DPsx7 24 Posted June 25, 2012 Never heard of most of those, but then again I'm never in bookstores since they're all closing down. Closest thing I have is 2 Mario and Captain N hardcover comic books. Oh and some small paperbacks called Worlds of Power (I think) that follow the stories from a handful of NES games. I know I have Metal Gear and Blaster Master, plus 2 more. For some reason I also recall a kind of choose your own adventure with Mario and Zelda themes but I dunno where those are either. The vast majority of my collection is games and guides. Mags too of course. *Dang how did I remember those? Pics.
