Logitech CyberMan
The Logitech CyberMan was a controller which, along with the ability to move the controller in the X, Y, and Z axes, also allowed actions using pitch, yaw and roll maneuvers. It also provided tactile feedback in the form of vibrations made by a small motor powered by two AA batteries or plugged into an AC adapter.
The controller was designed with the purpose of navigating 3D environments, but was ultimately considered a failure of design and was poorly received.
