Hiryuu no Ken II: Dragon no Tsubasa is the sequel to Flying Dragon: The Secret Scroll. Elements of this game were included in Flying Warriors.  Developed and published by Culture Brain for the Famicom on July 29, 1988.

*This 3rd page focuses on the Vs. mode, and seems to suggest that there was intended to be a tournament to determine a Japanese national champion who would face off with an American champion in New York, although there doesn't seem to be any concrete information about when and where the tournaments would occur.  Did these events ever happen?  I'd say no, especially since this game was never even released in the USA.😂
