Warhammer 40,000: Dark Crusaders (unreleased)

Warhammer 40,000: Dark Crusaders was a first-person shooter set in the Warhammer 40K universe.  It was developed by Mindscape and set to be released in 1996.  Although the game was essentially finished and review copies were sent to magazines (it was reviewed in PC Gamer with a score of 65%), Mindscape for whatever reason ultimately decided not to release the game.
