This ad is primarily for the Sweet Home film released on January 21, 1989, though of course it also mentions the Sweet Home Famicom RPG from Capcom released on December 15, 1988.  Included with the ad is a discount coupon for movie tickets which could be used at theaters.

Also appearing in the ad are the following games developed and published by Capcom for the Famicom:

Pro Yakyuu Satsujin Jiken! (プロ野球？殺人事件！) -  December 24, 1988

Rockman 2, Released in the USA as Mega Man 2 - December 24, 1988

Tenchi o Kurau (天地を喰らう, ) released in the USA as Destiny of an Emperor. - May 19, 1989
