Submitted cover images must be of your own work and not images found on the Internet. Images should be cropped, straightenend and have the address label blurred/removed before upload. All images submitted to the Gallery should have a descriptive name (ex. Nintendo Power Issue 283 (October 2012)). Missing images submitted to the Gallery should also be linked to their corresponding record in the Magazine Database.

To index a magazine is to create a synopsis of what was mentioned in any given magazine. Users should strive to give a general feel of what each issue went over. Check out the following outstanding examples by members RetroDefense and Areala (here and here)

Users who wish to contribute to our video game database can do so by adding a representative header image to each record. This image can either be a title screen, in game screenshot or other image. A short synopsis of the game should also be written up for the game, or you may transcribe what appeared on the back of the box. Users are encouraged to fill out the genre, publisher, developer and year fields if they are empty. Finally a Youtube video of someone doing a "longplay" (without commentary) should be added to the game record. Speedruns and Let's Play videos should be avoided from being added to our video game records.
