  1. Hey guys!! It's been a long time!!

Just passing through to let you know that I'm thinking of selling my entire GamePro Collection, which is only missing 3 magazines (237, and two other in the 100s)

The Collection has around 262 magazines, from May 1989 to Winter of 2011, GREAT for any videogame collector!!

It also has the two GamePro super hero comics from the 90's, which are awesome.

If any of you are interested, let me know, and I can give you more information.

Here is a link for photos of the first 100 magazines.

  2. Each member can post a picture of their collections, it can be magazines, games or any random awesome items, and other members can post how much they would pay for it.

This topic is not to post items you want to sell!!

The topic can be used to get a general idea of how much your prized collections are worth!

  3. How can anyone be "accurate" when giving their opinions for a survey? Since they're just opinions and a survey...?

It wasn't just my opinion, It is basic statistics math (I take take lot of classes related to this) and since I have an idea of what is going to be popular and what won't based on what I have read and seen, it boots up my luck :Yahooo:

  4. Hey Thor before I forget my 3DS friend code is 1246-8719-2690

Related to Project Cafè, I think it will be a little more powerful than the 360 and PS3, also, the idea of streaming full games to the controller is not a bad idea, Imagine yourself playing a FPS with friends, no splitscreen that way no one can cheat by looking at your screen, but that idea alone is not something that can change the way we play home console games. That is always Nintendo's goal, light guns(SNES Duck Hunt), instruments (miracle piano SNES),using a camera to play(Gameboy), wireless controllers(N64), rumble feature(N64), microphone (N64 Hey You Pikachu), Touch screen gaming (DS), Motion controls (Wii), Glasses free 3D (3DS) everyone else rarely comes out with new ideas, they just upgrade Nintendo's (with a few exceptions [360's achievement system....way to go Microsoft]). So I just know that Nintendo will not disappoint.

  5. E-Day, remember that this is a portable system, is it was larger it wouldn't fit in someones pocket (like the XL) and I'm sure that is they made the 3D screen any bigger, the batteries would die even faster and the circle pad may be small but it's responsive. Another thing is that until you play with the AR games (and cards) you will not see the possibilities that this system has. I'm sure that there will be a bigger version, with better battery life and any tweaks in between in the future, but people waiting for that one will have to wait for at least 2 years...

  6. Ok, I officially have the 3DS...and it's awesome! Looks awesome, the graphics are top notch (considering the small screen, they can be compared with current gen consoles) and last and definitely not least the 3D is real time awesome. It takes a little getting used to, but it is the real thing.

I cant't wait for game like Ocarina of Time and Resident Evil to come out on the 3DS, this system will literally add console experience on the go.

  7. Whether they work or not, how would you charge it? By taking apart the 3DS all the time? I'm sure a solution will come along but how soon and do I want to wait for that before getting the system.

Yeah there is already a solution, a Nyko Power Pack, check it out

    http://gear.ign.com/articles/115/1154340p1.html

The price is not bad but I'll still buy an extra battery because even though it's a pain to change it every time to charge it. An extra battery will last more than an auxiliary battery and knowing Nyko (my experience with Wiimote battery packs) after twenty uses, the battery will start to charge less and less, and each one of those batteries costs $19.99...plus tax...you decide

  8. But how good are they? And will they work properly?

I know if I use rechargeable battery packs in my Wii remote, the remote will become unresponsive while looking for a signal before shutting off when I play New Super Mario Bros. Wii or Mario Galaxy 2.

I don't know, but I'll try it out. The rechargeable wii remote battery packs will get unresponsive in time because recharging a battery that is supposed to substitute AA batteries (normally 1.5V) will die out in less time than a rechargeable battery that has more voltage (3DS battery is 3.7V) so they are built to last more, but in time will also die. I'll let you know :)

  9. Sheeze, posted here a month ago and only now do I get messages indicating replies?

I want one but think it's best to wait. There's only 2 launch games and few really good sales. The other games I want come out later. My backlog is big enough between the PS3, Wii, and original DS so I'll wait for the craze to die down. The battery life is also an issue, however I don't know if I'll wait long enough for them to fix that.

I was thinking of buying an additional 3DS battery or two on ebay, they are pretty cheap

  10. I've played hundreds games and sincerely I can't pick the Top 5. I would have to meditate for at least 5 Hours. So I'm going to mention the games I remember the most.(And how fun they were or are)

1.Tales of Symphonia (GC and Wii)

    2.Power Stone 2 (DC)

3.The Zombies Ate my Neighbors (SNES)

    4.Super Street Fighter 4(PS3)

    5.Legend of Zelda Windwaker(GC)
