  1. Weird, but it made me cry. Sonic Battle. You spend your entire game raising the damn robot, only to have him blow up... it made me cry more than Aeris' death did. I'm not so sure how screwed up that is. Mother 3's final boss and ending. Something so beautiful, I won't spoil it here. Just... trust me on this. I figure those who have seen it, know what I mean. EBA's Your The Inspiration. Fail, win, or get the alternate ending. Anyway you cut it, you'd have to be souless not to feel this.
  2. Romesaria. Games: Borderlands, Halo 3, Halo Reach. GoW 3 for Beast Mode.
  3. 1. Yoshi's Island. This game brought me back to console gaming way back when, after the NES died. 2. Chrono Trigger. 3. The Legend Of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It should be stated now, I love my Zelda games. 4. Super Mario World 5. SimCity 6. The Lion King 7. Actraiser 8. EVO 9. Final Fantasy III 10. Lufia
  4. 1. Harvest Moon: Back to Nature 2. Metal Gear Solid 3. Final Fantasy IX 4. Spyro: Year of the Dragon 5. Final Fantasy VII 6. Gran Turismo 7. 2 X-Treme 8. Legend of Mana 9. Tecmo's Deception 10. Oddworld I know, it seems weird to have a Harvest Moon game top this list. But when I was younger, I played the crap out of that game, Engrish and all. I just got to play Metal Gear Solid fairly recently, with the boxset release for MGS 4. And I feel like I am missing something... if I am, I'll edit later. Legend of Mana is a game I kept renting, but stupidly never got. Anyone see the price new? Might as well get the PSN version.
  5. Hi there. I've been lurking the site for a while, and enjoying all the good mag goodness. Seeing some EGMs and Nintendo Power I haven't seen in forever, as well. I wanted to join and say thank you for all this nostalgic goodness. I'm in the Mojave Desert in Southern California. When I was a kid, I started off as a DOS gamer before I got my NES. Still do more computer games then console, retro, but otherwise I am on the SNES, 360 and PS2 a lot. Nice to meet you all! ^^
