Hello, I am a new member, so I am probably doing something wrong. I am trying to download the 13th issue of Next Generation and I get the following message: "Sorry you don't have permission for that. You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete". I had been able to successfully download issue 12. For some reason it thinks the download didn't finish, even though it completed long ago. Has anyone else had this issue & know how to fix it? Thanks!
