I'm trying to remember, but I believe that enterbrain! only published 4 weekly famitsu issues per month. months that contained five (thursdays) had a double week issue published for that month, but when the double week issue was published varied by month (it wasn't necessarily the first/last week of the month. additionally, I could have sworn that issue numbering changed at some point in time where the double issues counted as two numbers but now count as one

since I currently possess issues 136 to current (until I sell off the collection), I would be happy to help where I can. kitsunebi77: I would say that 95+% of my issues are newstand fresh (from about 1993 and forward), but I do have a few which I would love to have nicer copies. this coming weekend, I'll go through my extra weekly famitsu's as well as all of the other japanese gaming magazines that I have (literally, boxes upon boxes) and try and provide a list of what I've got. some, I would be more than happy to donate if shipping postage is paid for.

I forgot to mention that I also have a ton of issues of dengeki playstation (jp), playstation and playstation 2 magazine (jp). most are runs for a few years without interruption. I'll probably bring many of them to sell @ MGC (midwest gaming classic which is in wisconsin) in april. I'll have a booth there with a lot of sealed japanese ps1, ps2 and dreamcast titles (I'm currently looking to unload a good portion of my collection to free up space in my house)

I uncovered 7 issues of dreamcast fan last night (also an enterbrain! published title). they are all from 1999. issue no.'s 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13 and the sept 1999 issue (which came after issue 13 but has no number on it). $30 plus shipping for the lot if you want those to scan

I understand. if the collection were unbroken, and not in the condition that it is (about 80% of the issues went straight from poly-bagged on the newstand to being bagged and boarded. I do have some doubles, but I need to find out which issues they are. if you can give me a breakdown of what issue range your after, I'll check the archives [eg. basement] and see what I could part with (I'd be willing to go $5 an issue for the extra copies that I have)

I reside in the states (michigan to be more precise). I'd like to get $15K (plus shipping) but given the number of boxes and weight associated with them, I would hate to even attempt to determine the shipping costs alone to post the collection.

I think it would be great (but a really huge task) to scan what is currently a 1,400+ issue run. if anyone is interested in purchasing my collection from me, feel free to contact me. I have every weekly issue to current (issue 136 to present), all bagged and boarded and stored in magazine-sized comic short boxes. 1,200+ issues of weekly famitsu take up quite a bit of space
