I started to download some files after becoming a weekly patron and after about 26 downloads it keeps telling me "You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete",

I don't have any files being downloaded, I tried logging out and back in, shutting down my browser, using a different browser, still the same message.

Can I get it reset somehow?

Any open file sessions should be closed out every 15 minutes. Are you still having issues today?
