    Consoles has the advantage of buy and play. although that is changing very fast with all the first day patches and DLCs now

    I think there is certainly a possibility here. i can see Microsoft taking steps to closing up the Windows system and probably allow only Windows Store apps in the future and deprecate the entire Win32 part.

    I think if the cartridges were of sufficient size, it could be a good move. disc based medium has a problem of latency that why you see games for PS4/XB1 requiring installation.

    i used to own a game boy, PSP, DS and very recently got a 3DS. my favourite among them has to be the DS

    I prefer digital games simply because i don't have the space to store all the physical copies of the games i had.

    tbh i didn't really get into any sonic games because I didn't own sega systems at all. but i'm happy that they are releasing games like this now

    I think the retro gaming market is not as big as the mainstream/current market. I do hope it survives though

    Final Fantasy III for the SNES there's was this monster that only appears on an island at the corner of the world map. It had an attack that basically suck in one of your party member into itself. I was worried my party member would be dead permenently and I keep trying to defeat the monster but failed and got all my party members sucked in. I was devestated but was in absolute shock when the game continues in a dungeon inside the monster and even got a new character Gogo at the end of it.

    my favourite gaming memory is actually reading Electronic Gaming Monthly magazine back in the 90s. I can't wait for each copy of the magazine to arrive in my mailbox each month.. good times they were

    I really think it's such a waste that there is no way to play other NES games other than those already mentioned. I would go out and buy one when it launches if that is possible
