  1. It's really important that we preserve as many magazines as we can for future generations to enjoy because gaming is human culture. Our history needs to be preserved so future generations can see how far we've come. To me, these magazines are just as important as Charles Dickens' books.
  2. I will admit Zombies are starting to become more and more dull as they milk it for all its worth. But, zombies are starting to disappear as Superheroes rise and become the new cash cow.
  3. I love video games. I love reading about them, watching people play them and listening to podcasts about them and I do play video games on my PSP, PC and Android. But, I do love old video games more than the new ones. I think the video game industry is going down the wrong path.
  4. Playing Spyro the Dragon on the PS1.
  5. Retronauts, 1UP, Idle Thumbs, Giant Bombcast, Arrow Pointing Down, Rebel FM...
  6. Nintendo needs to get with the times and realise preservation is needed if we wish to save gaming history for future generations. Kids in the future won't be able to experinece Mario Bros. if they keep taking down their old work.
  7. I am from the U.K and joined this site so I could experience the history of video games as I never got to grow up in the 80s and only started gaming in the early 2000s. I am currently playing games I never got to experience as a kid and playing some ones I did grow up with for nostalgia sake. I ahve currenly beat Castlevania Chronicles for the PS1 as I had never played a Castlevania game before.
  8. Castlevania Chronicles and Ape Escape. Castlevania Chronicles is the hardest game I have ever played, but it feels so good when you beat it. Also, Ape Escape is a fantastic platformer.
  9. I hated getting baked food such as pastries and donuts. I like candy because it comes wrapped but I have no idea what they've done to that donut.
  10. I love all of these retro magazines. I wasn't alive in the 80s so this is all new to me.
