  1. Pretty much any low end tablet with a big enough screen for your personal tastes is fine. Personally I would go with something with at least a 10 inch screen even at the cost of resolution if necessary, but your mileage may vary. Magazines and comics are just collections of image files so they're not really demanding on hardware. You can get an Android tablet with expandable storage for relatively cheap.
  2. A book that's half a game guide and half web addresses for a website for the rest of the guide. Actually much less convenient than just having a printed guide or just using an online guide. And, of course, those web pages stayed up for about five minutes, so it wasn't long before this guide was basically useless. This is a relic from an age where everyone knew the internet was the exciting new future but a lot of people apparently didn't understand why.
  3. The last issue before it was relaunched/renamed as "Ultra Game Players" for some reason.
