  1. An interesting set of early peripherals from Hudson released in 1985/1986: The Joy Radar is the first wireless adapter for the Famicom. It plugged into the system and sent an RF signal to your television, making the Famicom unit itself wireless (though of course the controllers were still wired, The Joyball is the first ever third-party controller for the Famicom, replacing the D-pad with a ball-shaped joystick. The Joypair is the first multitap device, created to allow two players to use a peripheral device such as the Joyball. (Unlike the NES, the standard Famicom controllers were hardwired into the system itself, making a peripheral like this necessary for using other controllers)
  2. Star Parodier is a "cute-'em-up" top-down shooter that lampoons the Star Soldier games by replacing most sci-fi elements with humorous graphics and sounds. It was developed by Kaneko and published by Hudson for the PC Engine CD-ROM exclusively in Japan. Released: (JP) April 24, 1992
  3. Gate of Thunder is a side-scrolling shooter for the PC Engine CD-ROM developed by Red Company and published by Hudson exclusively in Japan. Released: (JP) February 21, 1992
  4. Takahashi Meijin No Daibouken Jima is a side-scrolling platform game developed and published in Japan by Hudson. It was released in the US as Super Adventure Island Released: (JP) January 11, 1992 (NA) April 1992
  5. Tengai Makyō II: Manjimaru (Far East of Eden II) is an RPG developed and published by Hudson for the PC Engine CD. It was not released outside of Japan. Released: (JP) March 26, 1992
