Notable Stuff:
- Tips & Tricks doesn't accept e-mail, unlike most other magazines. They claim it's because they couldn't possibly read every e-mail that comes in.
- This issue's Token of the Month comes from Sports World in Paramus, NJ, submitted by David Smith, from Highland Lake, NJ.
- Power Shovel was released in Japan with a special controller shaped to mimic the layout and handling of an actual backhoe. They can be found on eBay, but will set you back several hundred dollars to import.
- The number of games listed in their respective tips sections is prohibitively large, and thus are not transcribed here.
- The Jamaican Jammer takes first place in the Armored Core World Rumble Challenge. Good design work, Jason Westfall!
