Boy this mag sure brings back memories. Games seemed to be at their creative peak back in this era and I was blown away by everything coming out.

I remember the tips from the video game developers in this issue blowing me away at the time. Simple design strategies like, "Make a list of all the things you can do in a game...does that sound like fun to you?" will always stick in my mind. Great article. Plus there's the review compendium section that's a fun, quick way to see how all the next gen games at the time stacked up against each other.
