Notable Stuff:
-
The page count has jumped from 52 last issue to 68 this issue.
-
The magazine is showing some growing pains with its second issue including a number of basic proofreading mistakes.
-
The ad for Dusk of the Gods on page 25 not only fails to mention the game's name, but seems to imply that it too is a sequel to a different title, which is not the case.
-
A medical philanthropic organization soliciting donations for hospitals must rank among the strangest things to ever to grace the pages of a computer gaming publication...
-
CGR Hardware Review doesn't provide a numerical rating, unlike their software reviews.
-
Shining in the Darkness is referred to as "Shining & Darkness" in the table of contents.
-
The "Zelda 3" strategy entry was clearly not proofread at all. It also contains zero actual strategy elements, which is weird considering it bills itself as a "special strategy guide". At least the Shining in the Darkness section includes a cursory map of the first dungeon's first floor. Seriously, guys, save this stuff for your sister magazines.
