I had this same problem with all his scans in CDisplay. The problem turned out to be that the sip had two folders: One with the scans in them, which is fine, and another created by Mac OSX called __MACOSX. This is the folder that was causing the problems. Once I delted that pesky __MACOSX folder the CBZ worked perfectly fine.
