  1. For me, it varies. I do use the backwards compatibility on my PS2 and Wii for PS1 and GameCube, respectively. As long as it emulates by hardware/firmware (like those do) and not software to hardware (like the 360 with XBOX discs), I'm down with it. I make an exception for the Wii Virtual Console, XBOX Marketplace, and 3DS downloads, though, as they seem to be done properly. When I can, though, I do prefer to use separate systems. I figure the less wear and tear I put on an older and potentially harder to replace piece of hardware, the better off I am long-term.
  2. Hi all. I was wondering if guides published by magazines were part of the normal offerings. Two I specifically wondered about were from GamePro, for Street Fighter II (large size guide covering up through Super II) and Super Street Fighter II Turbo (thinner addition). Thanks in advance.
  3. May Santa bring you all the magazines you ask for.
  4. Makes sense. Thanks, all. Happy Miscellaneous, as well.
  5. Very cool. This was one of my all-time favorite game mag issues. What can I say, I'm a sucker for lists.
  6. I see, thank you. Is it possible for magazines in this status to be taken out of it at a future date?
  7. Hello. This is probably obvious, but what exactly does a magazine listed as "Not Allowed" mean? Is it not allowed to new members (like myself at the moment) or not cleared for download by the owner? I've seen this in reference to Diehard GameFan, if anyone wonders what I'm referring to. Thanks.
  8. I have copies of ET and Pac-Man on the Atari 2600. My intent is to have James Rolfe (aka the Angry Video Game Nerd) autograph them one day. I also have a copy of Tetris on Game Boy. Saving that one for an Alexey Pajitnov signing someday. Not a game itself, but I do own a Darkstalkers arcade Marquee also.
  9. Hello! Just wanted to say thanks for doing a site like this, and for allowing me on it. Take care! --LK
