Seems Square-Enix is infatuated with Lara Croft and have offered up $120 million to acquire Eidos and all IP's.

Wow..Simply wow. In this economy they are giving up 120 million for a brand that Angelina Jolie managed to destroy in TR2?

I remember the good old days of the original Tomb Raider. Where one could jump sideways right into a wolf/bear/aligator that you didn't even see.

I can not for the life of me see this as a good move. Am I missing something?

Do they own the Legacy of Kain thing or do they just publish for Crystal Dynamics.

Crystal Dynamics is a wholy owned development house for Eidos, or was last time I checked (they are the ones responsible for the redo of Tomb Raider, they blew Core Design out of the water on that one).
