Using Photoshop CS3 with the raw files I'm seeing mostly 72dpi with a few 300dpi mixed in ie the covers and a few other pages

Definitely check it out it also gives acts as a library giving you thumbnails of all of your cbr files

Another solution to the 2 page issue is just to use ComicRack when you have double page selected it is smart enough to always open the front cover separately and start showing double pages when you click the next page

I don't own a scanner but I think this is a great project and I'm looking at buying a good scanner at some point this year to hopefully help out.

For me it was a video games mag from the early eighties cant remember the name what i do remember though is the company went out of business about 2 months into my year subscription. After that my first real collection was EGM bought it every single month for about 5 or 6 years.

I have a soft spot for EGM, had just about every issue from 2-100 until i got tired of lugging 100lbs of magazines everytime i moved.

When i filled up yesterday it was 3.65 a gallon for 87 octane or whatever the cheapest grade of gas is in san diego. :(
