  1. Especially when there's a section for Fanzines - I will be on that like Donkey Kong.
  2. You know, one of these weeks, I'm going to win. That said, congratulations (again), RetroDefense.
  3. The Winner is RetroDefense again! A second congratulations for you.
  4. I believe Week 3's over... when is the winner announced?
  5. I feel honored to be the one responsible for information on newer Nintendo Powers
  6. Everytime I come here now I'm looking to see if there's a Retromags Index for UDLR yet.
  7. Game Boy Advance SP, followed by Nintendo DS, then Bentley Compu-vision, then PS1, then 2600, then 3DS, then Lynx, Game Cube, Game Boy, and Game Boy Color, then Wii - Truth be told I can barely tell given how many video game systems I've managed to pick up over the years.
  8. Thanks! UDLR also has two other links - http://www.udlrmagazine.blogspot.com - the news site - and http://www.facebook.com/UDLR.Magazine - our Facebook.
  9. Working on the first issue of UDLR as well as planning for 2014. Busy busy!

  10. I wasn't sure which forum to put this in, but Magazine Talk looked like the best place to put it. I am the Editor-in-Chief of Up-Down-Left-Right Magazine, a very small bi-monthly new video gaming magazine. The zeroeth issue was released just last month - http://udlr.weebly.com/ for the download link - and features an article on the 25th Anniversary of the Sega Genesis. It's free in PDF format, with a paper version coming soon. Anyway, what I'm looking for now is: Letters - ideas, questions, remarks - the type of letter you see in Game Informer, Nintendo Power, and the like. Feedback - critique, praise, any of them. Honest feedback is appreciated. Ideas & Suggestions - UDLR is looking for ideas for issues this 2014 from readers and those interested in the magazine. Contributions are also accepted freelance under either real name or pen name and credit is always given, though that honestly isn't the big point of the rag mag. The zeroeth through to the third issue will be available as free digital downloads. I am ready and willing to work with Retromags to have UDLR indexed here, which would make me a very happy fellow indeed. So... please take a look, and leave some feedback, questions, comments, remarks, criticism, praise, ideas, suggestions, the like. Really I just would like you to take a look and enjoy it. --Terry W. Fairchild aka HunterOfBugs aka The Raving Lunatic Editor-in-Chief of Up-Down-Left-Right Magazine
  11. I looked at your indexed mags and I must say that's a very high standard you've set there... admittedly not one I'll follow, as I believe in minimalistic and the functional. That said, I hope to win at least one magazine. I don't have a huge catalogue of magazines, but what I do have I'll make the most of. Count me as competition for Week 3 and beyond! --Hunter of Bugs. (I chose that username because it's an alternate spelling of Bughunter, which I use in more places than I can count.)
  12. Can't scan my stuff, all my stuff is too modern and labelled "Not Allowed" but I can certainly add information on what's in it. I shall index sypnosisses.
