  1. I'm more enthralled by this visual masterpiece on the cd cover.
  2. RANT: It's still wild that just because a western tester was uncomfortable with male on female violence 40 years ago that they could tone down the whole situation by saying something like "oh, she's a female, but what if she could magically appear a cock? Would that be better?" And the tester was like "Sure is. Don't worry about people stabbing each other, kidnapping, potential rape scenario. beating to death with a pipe...oh yeah change the name Sodom though." Poison is female imo and always has been. It was fine everywhere including in USA arcades, the character designer made her female and was responsible for Morrigan from Darkstalkers among many other woman, them changing it only because it rustled someone's jimmies when it came to port to the USA. I don't go along with their insanity. I could go on and on about this and how I hate censorship because it might offend someone.
  3. Biomags? Resident Retromags? Thanks for the scan.
  4. Surprised no talk of western game on the cover but I guess you can only hammer that point across so many times here. Still never played Black Flag but people say it is the best installment. I'm at the point of waiting for the remake.
  5. Thanks for the dedication and hard work my dude.
  6. Assuming it was from one game on the cover, perhaps Life Force?
  7. I just looked it up and had no idea there was a blonde cave woman named Ayla from a book called Clan of the Cave Bear written in 1980 even though I have played Chrono Trigger several times. My guess is that Squaresoft did this on purpose. Many games I know back then liked to throw in references like that for humor. Thanks for the story. It is pretty cool. Sounded like a great job.
  8. I was more comparing it to the "one step forward, two steps backward" analogy albeit poorly it seems.
  9. One mag scanned, two mags released.
  10. They can't see the forest for the trees which is funny since we are talking about paper magazines.
  11. "Those 5 fishing and dancing 12 year-old olds will get their time to shine." -Editor
  12. Cuteness aside, that is one is cool looking cover.
  13. Yeah, I can get that Japan props up their baseball players to near-emperor like status. They have been doing it since Ichiro Suzuki or longer. I just try to just play sports nowadays as I don't watch as much as I used too. I can get the hate as it is something out of your control and possibly rigged lol.
  14. Highest paid at one time but he wasn't even the best player on the team that series.
  15. This is the kind of magazine that might of caught my eye but probably wouldn't buy because of lack of money as a kid. Thanks.
  16. Not the PS4 here but still pure joy.
  17. America 2024: "Are we the baddies? No, it must be the other guys." P.S. This is a joke. Please don't take too seriously.
  18. The magazines in the USA back in the 90s seemed to actually be more ads than coverage. And the coverage was usually bare-bones. Thanks for scanning.
  19. I really think this is more of a confession kind of thing of wanting to see them as a potential lover rather than reciprocal expectations. Any time I confessed to someone, it was to make my feelings known as to change the dynamic going forward even if it meant "I'm sorry, not interested." It at least put an end to it. I don't think anyone really is in love when they do this. They are just infatuated or crush as you put it. This is my experience though as I can't speak for others. Of course you can shake your head if you want. I am not saying in the slightest what he is doing is normal at all. This is more than likely a broken down man with a social anxiety issues or more. I'm just saying he didn't get there overnight. He just stopped trying after failing several times.
