I'm here to try and take over most of the games and be a champ. I took a break from playing games for a while. I am back now that we have more games and more challengers. Get ready because i'm coming!

Anyone intersted in starting our own March Madness pool? This is for College Basketball tourney that is coming up in a week. It's a 2 week tourney and you pick all the winners before the tourney starts. It's a 64 team tourney. We could have something where the winner gets extra points on the site or something close to that to make everyone interested. Like we could wager 20,000 points each and the winner gets them all. Anyone interested? Anyone have ideas on this?

Since every other topic seems to be about the Wii, I thought why not have a PS3 topic. I have played the PS3 several times and love the graphics. Yes the price does suck. The games are expensive. But the gameplay and graphics are really amazing. Think in the long run the PS3 will be a better system than the fun Wii. More options, better graphics, and better games will be the deciding factors. I am going to wait several months before purchasing a PS3. Prefer them to work out all the kinks and have more games out before making a big purchase. Plus anyone who wants to complain about the price of the PS3 just look at what you are getting. A top of the line system to play games on and a blue ray disc player. A blue ray disc player alone costs over $500. A person has to look at the overall picture to understand where the PS3 is headed.

I wonder how that went? I'm going to guess you never got the game for that price.

Besides the Royal Tenenbaums, Lord of the Rings is the worst move I have seen in a long long time. I know it's a little late now but just voicing my opinion. I have seen the Lord of the Rings in two different continents and it still sucked. I understood the whole concept and theory and story. To me it was more of a joke than a movie. The 3rd part was 1 hour too long. The last hour of the movie I wanted to throw my $24 popcorn and coke at the screen. Anyone else thinks this movie is a piece of crap?

I never thought Star Trek was interesting. Just saw them as little men dressed up in dumb outfits. Never got hooked on the show. Thought the acting was bad and the plot, was just terribly. But some people do like those shows I guess.

I remember when my sis and her boyfriend first got the Wii. We would play it everyday, all day. Everytime we met it was to play the Wii and Wii bowling. I stayed in line at Best Buy from 10pm til 8am to get a Wii. It was freezing cold that night. I ended up selling the Wii for some profit and was looking forward to purchasing a Wii once there were more available. Now my cousin has one and we still play it but no where near as much. The Wii had the coolness factor with the remotes, free game, and several fun games. Now the games aren't as exciting. Wii play is a piece of crap in my opinion. The new golf game was fun for about 2 hours. Monkey Ball was fun for several weeks and now we never touch those games. I wonder what Nintendo will do to make the game interesting again. Anyone else thinks the Wii has lost the "it" factor?

That would be crap if they did that. Everyone else who bought one earlier is getting screwed. My TV has hdmi port, and I guess it gives me a better picture, I bought these expensive cables for my satelite and it all looks the same to me.

Wow, interesting stuff. You guys find a lot of free stuff, I'm old schooled I go to Wal-mart for my magazines...maybe this will change my plans.

I'm a huge baseball fan. I'm a die hard Orioles fan. I've tried to like the Nationals, but can't feel the same about them. We have been pretty crappy since 99 but I still love them. I've gone to several games this season and was able to go last summer and meet a lot of the players and take pictures with them. It's the all-star break now and it's nice to see a lot of the teams in the race for the wild card and 1st place. The Mariners are only a few games back of 1st place and the Reds are only 4 games back of the Cardinals and right there for the wild card. Should be an interesting second half of the season.

Soccer Makes me smile everytime I see it and play it. Most people don't understand it here in the States, but in europe and in other parts of the world, it's a way of life. The way Sundays are for most Americans in the fall, it's a daily feeling for someone living in other parts of the world. Just the rush you get when your team wins or fails, you feel it.
