  1. Yeah I can't wait I'm so excited. I've been playing NBA Jam on the Genesis which is making it even harder to wait because that game is horrid.
  2. Well according to the topic that is what I would like to see. With a new NBA Jam on the horizon done with the classic style I'd love to see a MK game done like that but with HD graphics on the 360 or PS3 man that would be totally tubular. Oh yeah and I'm trying to bring back tubular and bodacious. (like it will ever happen) but spread it around anyway because it's fun.
  3. Ahhh... nooooo... gouge out my eyes now!!!! Man that was such a horrid game. But I had no idea that it ever was an actual arcade game.
  4. Oh that game brings back so many memories of me hanging out at my buddy Chris' place. I hated that games so much but we spent a lot of time playing it.
  5. Actually that's another thing I've been thinking about as well is a bar-top unit. And this is the unit that made me think about doing it that way
  6. Call me old fashioned but I don't see it. I am not a fan of gaming on the iPod. Sure they look nice but they don't play well, and when I want to play a game control of course is one of the top reasons to keep me playing a game.
  7. Yup completely by scratch including the computer inside. I had plans to make a more compact arcade unit like a candy cab or a flatpanel but I'll probably never get around to it.
  8. I had a MAME cab before moving to TX but then I gave it to a friend. I almost bought a Super Mario Bros cab right before moving but I figured that was a bad idea due to the move.
  9. I replay games. If they are fund. Because they are fun. Does that answer the question? Oh but which ones well... that would take way too long to answer.
  10. I went to a men's camp with my church this weekend and for the first time shot a 12 gauge shotgun. It was so fun! I got 4 of the 7 clay pigeons which I did't think was too bad for my first time with a shot gun. I so want to go out and do it more. I also shot a Rifle 22 caliber and did several sessions of paint ball. This weekend was so much fun and now I will get some sleep tonight. Since the cabin/barracks that we stayed in had like 32 per room and well... I'm sure you could use your imagination as to how noisy that room was at night.
  11. Ah thank you so much!!! I had way too many emails because I was not able to check my email over the last few days.
  12. I've looked in my portal but I can't seem to find where I can turn off the email notification of replies.
  13. Yeah but I've spent my points just fine so far anyway. I've gotten Game and Watch 1 and 2. That has taken all my points. Though... I'm holding out on registering things right now too because I've been at the Platinum level for several months so I've got about 4 games and 1 system that I'm waiting to register until after they start the new Club Year.
  14. Have you ever wanted to play as Samus in Super Mario Bros? How about Simon Belmont, or Mega Man, or Link, or how about one of the guys from Contra? You have to go check this out it's too cool. http://www.playedonline.com/game/598161/super-mario-crossover.html
  15. I've still got my PC version. Can't play it anymore since it's not compatible for Win XP or 7. There is a fix for it but it does not work very well.
  16. I love this game. I remember the first time I played it in the arcade, I was so excited they made a sequel to one of my favorite games.

    Memory travel.

    No never heard of that.

    Memory travel.

I was thinking about this today because of playing old games from my youth on the correct systems rather than emulation. I wish there was some way you could go back into your memory and actually view and feel emotions from past memories. As if you were watching a movie only stronger because you would still have all your senses. Playing some of these old Sega CDs have brought me back to many days of past. I remember being at the video rental store when they just stared adding video game consoles at the store so you could try out games before you rent them. I remember the smells but not distinctly. But just remembering times like that of my youth makes me want to go back and just partake or at least let me see it once again. I don't want time travel because I don't want a chance of messing something up in the past. But if I could be a bi-standard but in the first person. That would be so cool.
  19. I was laying here in bed playing Sonic, the way God intended, and I was thinking that exact thing. I've played Sonic recently on the Wii or Gamecube but nothing quite cuts it like playing it on a Genesis. I'm scared, I'm really scared. (about how much money I'm going to be spending again).
  20. Ok so I bought the 32X and I still have to wait for games to come in the mail. I also got an Atari 800 XL with a tape drive. Man it came with the box directions and even a huge book for Atari basic, which is why I got it. I wanted an Apple II so I could do Apple Basic again but this works just the same. It also came with a piece of paper that had listings of new games you can order and they were $44.95 per game. If you add inflation each game cost around $93. And I thought $60 was too much for X360 and PS3 games.
  21. Yup me too for the Atomic edition that is. I don't have plutonium but I've got the original discs for the expansions.
  22. No need to apologize, I just couldn't remember if it was this forum or not.
  23. Man this game looks so cool I totally need to buy it.
  24. Nice that does look fun. I love it when they find new ways to breath life back into Tetris. Even though I still love playing the original GB version still.
  25. Well here is my view... I already have it payed off. I have put in countless hours on SF4 but... now I don't know if I will have internet in a few weeks. I'm going to be moving and I don't know when I will be able to afford the net. So yeah I guess this is also to let you guys know I may not be around for a little while. When I go on a hiatus don't worry.
