  4. He can't possibly slap all of us. Commence with the asking! See also: you wouldn't slap a lady with glasses, would ya?
  5. Holy cow, this might be the best restoration I've ever seen from you (and that's saying something). This is a work of art, no two ways about it.
  6. I approved the DB link, so you should be good there. The idea behind the video game database was that eventually it could be used to link all references or appearances for specific video games to all of the magazines where they appear, and in what capacity (review, preview, cheat code, etc...). Thus, if you wanted to know where and when Chrono Trigger was mentioned across various mags, you could go to its DB page and see, "Ah, there was a strategy guide in this issue of Nintendo Power, and GamePro did a preview of it here, and EGM reviewed it here...". Each of those links would then take you to the entry for the appropriate magazine, where you could browse the index or download the issue. I like the idea, it's just going to take a lot of time to populate, especially since I think only Admins have editing permission for it at the moment.
  7. Better a mother trucker than a melon farmer.
  8. Maybe this is the publican that will finally help me understand the wild world of hockey.
  9. The magazine I got mentioned in!
  10. I went with my wife to see the second Harry Potter movie for its midnight release. I also went with friends to the midnight releases of both Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. Oh, and also The Two Towers.
  11. I was at a couple of midnight releases for games back in the early 2000s. I'm 90% certain Silent Hill 3 got one at my local store, although the line was only about two dozen people deep. Nothing like what you'd see for a release of Madden or Call of Duty. I remember being in a GameStop for the midnight launch of Halo 2 because I was the only person willing to go with a friend when he went to get his copy (I didn't have an Xbox at the time).
