  1. From the album: Mister Zero's Junk Pile

I FINALLY FOUND a scan of something with this art piece on it! I would still love to have that as a poster though. It's not often you see good 3rd party artwork for TLOZ. It's also not often that you see some art with the NES version of princess Zelda involved. Also, the enemies and background are so well done. I just love this picture so much.
  2. Garg which files and magazines do you have? We'll have to figure out exactly what we have at this point, then get everything together according to which issues of what magazine we have and make sure it's as complete as possible, then we'll start the torrent up if this is the route we go. The mods are still in talks to come to a conclusion but we can use anything you've got. Thank you!
  3. When I first heard the news the first thing I though was,"Oh crap, what about RM?!" I say we go with someone's torrent. It would be the easiest solution for the time being. I think I need a bigger HDD, though, in order to share a torrent of that size. I'd be willing to get one to help share if that's the route we go temporarily. I'm due for an upgrade anyway. It also may be easier if we split the files into dedicated torrents according to magazine. What's the verdict?
  4. One of the many things I like about older games is how simple the in-game artwork is. It left a lot up to the imagination, whether it meant to or not. I remember when a friend and I pretended we were Billy and Jimmy Lee from Double Dragon playing around this parking garage area that had ladders.
  5. Oh I've heard 3D Land is good. I'm coming closer and closer to breaking down and getting a 3DS..
  6. I'm really not impressed with most game packaging these days, but from Nintendo that's just sad. I haven't been buying too many games recently, but I did pick up a few that I bought solely to play online with friends. I've never been big on FPS's but I did buy Battlefield 3 and it's fun to play with my group of co-workers who get online more than my other gamer friends. Also, the Wii has been kicking some butt lately, pumping out a handful of good games before it says bye bye. I bought Kirby Return to Dreamland as well, and of course Zelda:Skyward Sword. Both games are REALLY fun and I'd recommend them to anyone. I've never been big on graphics, but I am debating running the Dolphin emulator on my PC so I can see the games in 1080p. Running at 480p resolution through my Wii,they remind of me PS2 games a bit. The comparison videos I've found on Youtube showing the Wii's 480p vs. Dolphin's 1080p are very compelling. These games should look that good! I hope the Wii U has something to fix the resolution. Skyward(be sure to select 1080p): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-rnLznvlEI&feature=related and here's Kirby for ya E-Day:
  7. I remember that EB did this, but I also have no proof. Hah! My friend did buy DBZ Super Battle 22 from EB back when the chain did this, and another got hold of the Evangelion game for N64.
  8. I'm looking forward to it, but also hoping it won't be a total letdown. I gave Sega a chance with Sonic 4, and they did OKAY, but not great.
  9. I always kind of liked the TNG game for Genesis. It's sort of fun and you can explore the galaxy.
  10. haha, Schloss I totally imagine the Aces High artwork, too. I can visualize it: Eddie firing the guns, yelling like a madman Wow, I never knew how good this game looked. I always see it around but pass it by. Maybe it's time to give it a shot.
  11. I agree- this one wasn't bad. Unlike that crappy Genesis fighter that tricked us all into thinking it was a real game!
  12. hahaha, nice! oy, now you've got me wanting to hunt down another book!
  13. Wow, that's a shame.. What a huge loss! Didn't triverse or someone have contact with him occasionally?
  14. I love old 70s-90s mcDonald's stuff, so I like that one pretty well! The artwork is great on these. It's always nice to see some nicely painted art plastered on things.
  15. I feex eet! Side note: This game looks kinda neat.
  16. This sounds beautiful and interesting. Thanks for the review, I'll end up checking out this and probably the rest of the Mystery Case Files now.
  17. Man.. that video brings back demo CD memories..
