  1. I might have to check that out. I am not a big fan of online TCGs and I do not think I have ever played Battle Forge...hmm. I guess I will check it out.
  2. I was sold after the first screenshot. Any idea where it takes place in the storyline? or even what the story is this time.
  3. Glad to pull you back out of Valhalla...I hear the guy that runs the place can be quite a prick.
  4. If it makes you feel any better, I yelled "For THOR!" before I killed him.
  5. Hidinger attacked MBJ with a Mother of all Bombs (2174 str) and took off 2913! MBJ has 0 HP left! MBJ is now dead, therefore cannot counterattack!!!! You gain 1 frag(s) (0 stolen). You gain: 1097 EXP points!!!! Just tell me when to stop boss.
  6. Hidinger attacked MBJ with a Mother of all Bombs (2633 str) and took off 2913! MBJ has 0 HP left! MBJ is now dead, therefore cannot counterattack!!!! You gain 1 frag(s) (0 stolen).

Ugh...Now you get payback even when you aren't at the computer apparently. I think someone has been altering the server Hidinger attacked Phillyman with a Mother of all Bombs (1564 str) and took off 2201! Phillyman has 55 HP left! 10. In my defense....I am only doing what you asked. I need to get up in level so I can destroy him more often and teach him a lesson. In order to do that I may have to slap you around a bit. *EDIT* - I put him down for you Philly.
  11. Is there any way you could try playing it with the Wii/chuck and Balance Board option? They aren't getting it at my Blockbuster for a while :( If I could get some impressions on that (from someone I trust) I can decide if it is time to start begging the wife.
  12. Dang it Thor. I was looking for an excuse to buy the game...not an excuse to wait for it to show up at Blockbuster...
  13. Yeah..every free play TF2 weekend is another weekend I can't play the game. Between the uber lag and high level of stupidity I either get bored splashing noob brain or get furious at the uber charged medic standing in a corner looking at a wall instead of using the uber to push the other side back. / end rant
  14. Atari - For some reason that game was awesome fun. You could buy gear...this was a novelty in an atari game...to have RPG elements in it. Then you could race across town (racing game). After that you had to catch a ghost (if you crossed the streams you died). It even had a boss battle with the Marshmellow man. It really had everything an atari game could ask for. Lets not talk about the fact that you had to catch like 900 ghosts before you could get to the end boss... except the random game that would send you to the boss after like the second ghost (meaning you have no gear at this point). And apparently busting ghosts is not a lucrative gig as you are always out of cash.
  15. I do not reccomend games very often because everyone's taste is different, but I reccomend going for that deal if you are thinking of getting a PSP. God of War COO is an awesome PSP game. It has added replay value as well. Beating the game on Very Hard also takes a descent amount of skill while playing through on easy gives you a great story (that directly adds into one of the PS2 games).
  16. Did you also have the Plutonium pack? I think that is the one where you end up fighting the giant bad guy on a football field so that you can save the world and sleep with some cheerleaders...Man I love that game. Anyway. Reading this reminded me that I have a copy of Night Trap...and it is aTERRIBLE game.
  17. I agree. I did the same thing and it works perfectly. Whoever made up those "Optimal Size" charts must not like watching tv.
  18. You can NOT tell me with a straight face you would not like to see the matchup of Superman vs. Elmer Fudd....or even Sonya Blade vs. Bugs Bunny.
  19. I think I will have to come to your rescue and kill him a few times But only because I was asked to.
  20. Yeah. Sadly it is official. The longest "in development" game is now no more. I will seriously cry over this. I loved Duke Nukem 3D and use to play that online all the time. As for the videos. I think the link I posted had a place for the video. It was actually looking awesome.
  21. I know there is another topic on this idea, but I thought something like 3D Realms finally throwing in the towel deserves its own post. http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2009/05...ore-picture.ars http://www.3drealms.com/news/2009/05/goodbye.html Sadly it leaves a bad taste in my mouth as after all these years of waiting for DN:Forever all we get is like 8 words. Grrr...I guess now is a good time to get my $5.00 back from EB Games...after what 10 years?
  22. The sick thing is...I actually liked having to unlock everything... But anyway, I wish they would put a release date on this. I played the heck out of this on PS2. Hidinger Edit: Why is it a 2-Player only demo? That is no fun.
  23. Battletoads and Double Dragon blew my mind as a kid. Normally 1 + 1 = 2 Superman = Cool Batman = Cool Superman and Batman together = Ultra Cool This is how life worked before BT and DD Then it became Battletoads = Cool Double Dragon = Cool Battletoads AND Double Dragon = Train wreck in slow motion.
  24. Once you figure out how to use the warp points in the game you can beat it in about an hour I always hated the "falling down teathered to a wire stages. Sometimes it was all luck whether you died or not. The game was quite Epic...and had Co-op. Something that was still pretty rare.
  25. Yeah. I can't tell you how tempted my wife was to sell my Earthbound when she saw that...
