    It just pisses me off to no end that they give me this other trash. Voltage, Game Fuel, Etc. add nauseum...but for the life of me they will not bring back the Pitch black. This world NEEDS a Mountain Dew that is flavored grape. Not Fu Fu Berry or freaking Watermelon tapioca....just grape. Bring back Pitch Black - /end rant

    I think you are forgetting how often those guys actually manage to "miss" on their own. I am a little sceptical about flame man. He seemed to hit Megaman a couple of times and not really do too much damage.

    I am a computer engineer, (amongst other things) and I have a dell laptop. I love it. When it comes to desktop systems I will buy them (or make the parts) myself. Dealing with laptops is just a pain. I am on my 5th Dell Laptop Power Cable. While I would never buy a Dell Desktop, the laptop itself has been nothing but awesome for me (for years now) but I just have to accept that I am going to go through the power cables like candy. I feel your pain, but trust me, it could be worse.

    Just be careful with it. For some unknown reason some of the parts inside the C64 are pretty rare. I am a computer engineer, so I can take mine apart and put it together without problems. I blew a Nand gate in mine (normally run about $2.00 if you know where to get them) but for some reason the Nand gate that they used costs $40.00 due to the pin configuration.

    Yeah, I just tried it and it is really choppy. I don't know why I bother since I have the PS3 SFII, but I thought I would give it a chance...cop-tas-tic.

    Yeah. It was totally a C64 game. I think I have the original manual at home. If I can pull it out of the box of old manuals I will send it over to someone to scan as well.

    Wow, I never thought of that. Something about Daffy Duck killing Dumbledore just does not sit well with me. Or Kano ripping out Ron's heart (okay some things sit better then others).

    ZOMG I never thought of that. Taz can Eat Millena... or better yet Sub Zero can take a head spinning shot from Fudd's Shotty. Oh man...and we can finally answer the age old question...who is faster, the Flash or Speedy Gonzales.

    I am not a huge fan of Guilty Gear either. I never quite figured out what all the excitement was about that series. I just don't want to miss an awesome fighting game because I didn't really like the Guilty Gear series. That would be like Missing out on Street Fighter II because Street Fighter sucked.

    I am looking for a review from someone whose opinions I can actually trust for the PS3 BlazBlue. I am a fan of fighting games and like different games for different reasons (although Tekken is by far my favorite). I keep hearing nothing but amazing reviews from different websites, but as of late if you don't give an awesome review to every game then you apparently get fired. So has anyone here bought/rented Blaz Blue and can give me a heads up on whether or not it is worth my money? Thanks

    First I would like to say Congratulations! Four years is an epic milestone, especially in this day and age. A couple of questions. 1) What would you say was your LEAST favorite moment? 2) Was there ever a point when you thought that the site was done for? If so, what got you over that? 3) What is the hardest part about running a site like Retromags? 4) What are the ways that new members can help keep the site alive and growing?

    I got a HDTV 42 inch and it has 4 HDMI, 2 Component (Great for the Wii) and 2 regular AV inputs. I haven't even been forced to use a reciever yet. The TV works great if you are going to go that small. The best place I have found is Newegg as they have great pictures of the items from all sides. If you find something you like just get a review from Cnet.com.

    You totally gave Tekken 6 the shaft...another great game to be on the lookout for. I think SFIV is worth full price if you are a fan of the series. As for LoW, yeah, if that drops in price it is a definite buy. God of War 3 is an auto purchase for anyone with a PS3. It took a while, but I am hoping that this coming year puts some distance between the PS3 and XBox 360.

    WAIT WAIT WAIT...I had a lifetime subscription which got canceled when they went out of buisness...this is upsetting. I would be willing to bet just about anything they are going to tell me that my subscription doesn't carry over...

    This is kind of fun. It is a 2D adventure game where you can chose to be a pirate / viking / or ninja (I chose ninja of course). It is a little addicting but easy to start and get into. This is a new company (two of the heads of the company are the people that started Neopets). Give it a try.
